Pomerleau Inc., acting as the Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Department Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the TenderPackage.
Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents from the Building Connected platform or the MERX Private website, subject to the applicable conditions of the site.
For any bid-related questions, please submit your requests to Chantal Demers, by email to chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca. Please send your questions no later than three (3) days before the tendering deadline.
No formal site visit is scheduled. The bidder assumes all responsibility for obtaining sufficient information and hereby certifies that he/she has visited the above site and is fully content and satisfied that he/she has obtained full knowledge of all matters affecting the proper execution and completion of the work described in the specifications and/or drawings relating to the tender.
A site visit can be requested no later than three (3) days before the tendering deadline should a bidder wish to visit the site. Please submit your requests to Chantal Demers, by email to chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca.
Tenders will be submitted according to the following instructions:
Submission date: Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 12:00 EST
Bids shall only be received from Subcontractors by the Construction Manager electronically via:
• the Building Connected platform;
• Confirm intent to bid TO: bid.ottawa@pomerleau.ca and chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca to be added to BuildingConnected for bid submission
• All Bids must be submitted via Building Connected. All bids submitted outside of Building Connected will result in disqualification.
