Description

Public Works and Government Services Canada has retained a Construction Manager (Pomerleau) to modernize laboratory facilities as part of its Laboratories Canada (LC) program of work. The CM’s Contract is the Atlantic Science Enterprise Centre (ASEC) (also known as the Gulf Fisheries Centre (GFC)) a PWGSC owned asset in Moncton, NB that will be redeveloped and expanded to provide science accommodations and non-science space for use by five Science Partners. The asset is a federally designated Recognized heritage building and will remain under operation during the phased construction approach. The construction phasing is the following: Enabling Works, Phase 1 New Science Annex, Phase 2 New Construction.

This tender package is required to facilitate construction of the new ASEC facility. Specifically this package is for the TP02.2 - Concrete Structure portion (WP01.0701 - Foundation Waterproofing-Phase 1).
