North Loading Dock Ramp Repairs

Edmonton Regional Airports Authority (“Edmonton Airports”) is requesting bids from qualified contractors with concrete structure repair, waterproofing, and rehabilitation experience to complete the North Loading Dock Ramp Repairs at the Edmonton International Airport (“YEG”). Optional to this project are the following scopes of work:
• Repairs to the North Loading Dock walls and guardrails
• Concrete repairs in Parkades 1 and 2

Construction is expected to start upon award, with substantial completion by October 15th, 2025, and final completion by November 15th, 2025.
