Description

The objective of this Request for Proposals No. CCC 2018-01 (the “RFP”) is to procure Security Guard Services for the Calgary Courts Centre property management portfolio of SNC-Lavalin Operations & Maintenance (“SNCL O&M”) in Calgary, Alberta Canada.

It is the intent of SNCL O&M to identify strategic partners and establish long-term relationships. Such partnerships play a central role in SNCL O&M’s continued growth and service delivery for our Clients.

SNCL O&M requires qualified suppliers (the “Proponent”) to provide services to the highest quality and reliability and in the most cost-effective manner. Along with these qualities, it is expected that the Proponent shall provide the services using qualified, trained personnel, along with leading edge technologies, techniques and processes in the market discipline, to the continuous benefit of the strategic partnership.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY

Each Proponent is to provide the names of its proposed representatives by email (cccbids@snclavalinom.com) no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled site visit. For reasons of security, no changes to the representatives are permitted without prior approval of the Central Bid Administrator. No more than two (2) representatives of each Proponent will be permitted per site. The designated SNCL O&M site visit authority shall have an attendance form, which is to be signed by the Proponent’s representatives present. No allowances shall be made for late arrivals by proponents.

SNCL O&M will provide each Proponent with an additional information package at the site visit which will form part of the RFP. Any additional information provided during a site visit and considered to be part of the RFP will be confirmed in writing to all proponents by the Central Bid Administrator.

No cameras of any kind are to be used during the site visit.
