Description

To support the implementation of a Locally Driven Collaborative Project (LDCP) titled “Healthy Built Environments – A Provincial Framework for Heathy Community Design”, the Health Unit is seeking a 4 month Service Agreement to provide the services of a company who specializes in applied research activities to conduct the following activities:

Phase 1: literature review
Phase 2a: online survey: design, dissemination and analysis
Phase 2b: document review and focus group interviews: tools, interviewer guide, interviews and analysis
Phase 2c: document review and key informant interviews: tools, interviewer guide, interviews and analysis
Ethics Submission: provision of all survey forms, interview guides, research tools and support in developing the submission of a TSCP2 compliant ethics review from Public Health Ontario
