RFP 22-01 - 80 Bradford Infrastructure Improvement Project

The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit requires the services of a general contractor with dental clinic construction experience to expand the current clinic. This project includes expanding the current dental clinic from a 3 to 6 operatory clinic, adding a reprocessing room, charting room, children’s screening clinic room.  Additionally, it involves displacing and creating new clinical spaces and reception area for sexual health and immunization.  This includes 2 clinical rooms, the creation of a new universal washroom, biohazard room and an immunization storage room.  Furthermore, the renovation of staff areas will be required including a new staff lunchroom/meeting room and the reconfiguration of staff seating areas.  Accordingly, a general contractor with dental or clinical construction experience is considered an asset.
