Description

Science North, Northern Ontario's most popular tourist attraction, is exploring the feasibility of establishing a more physical presence in Northwestern Ontario. We are seeking proposals from qualified firms to undertake a visitor experience and program conceptual plan related to this expansion into Northwestern Ontario, and more specifically in the areas of Thunder Bay and Kenora, as well as the program links to outreach efforts into all of Northwestern Ontario. The successful proponent will be required to produce: a) a Conceptual and Program Plan, and b) a Space & Design Plan". Details of our requirements are contained in our "RFP No. 2019-07.

Science North is an agency of the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture & Sport. We operate both of Canada’s second and eighth largest science centres, located in Sudbury, Ontario.
