Bids must be in hard copy and submitted as follows:
TO: Michelle Ciulini, Accountant, Finance Unit
AT: Science North, 100 Ramsey Lake Road, Sudbury, Ontario, P3E 5S9

Enclose the Bid Form in an opaque sealed envelope clearly marked: “Science North Roof Membrane Replacement”, and marked with the Bidder’s Company Name.
Bids submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.
The Bids must be valid for 60 (sixty) days from bid closing date.

For bids submitted in person by the bid closing date, the Owner shall provide written confirmation of bid receipt.
For bids submitted via courier or other similar means of delivery, by the bid closing date, the Owner shall email the Bidder confirmation of bid receipt. Where a Bidder has submitted a bid in the manner described in this paragraph, it is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure it receives the email confirmation described herein.
