Description

SaskPower is seeking services for Audit of Annual Financial Statements with respect to:

SaskPower - fiscal years ending March 31, 2019 – 2023;
NorthPoint Energy Solutions Inc. - fiscal years ending March 31, 2019 – 2023; and
Power Corporation Superannuation Plan – fiscal years ending December 31, 2018 – 2022;
Separate audit opinions are required for each of the above under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Canadian accounting standards for pension plans.
SaskPower is also seeking services for quarterly financial statement reviews.
