The scope of this project is to disassemble existing generator unit 3 & 4 Generator Step Up Transformer (GSUT) EB903T, move it to storage location and assemble it. Unload new GSUT and Install it on existing transformer pad at EBC (new EB903T), including performing oil filling both GSUTs, test existing GSUT, test and commission new GSUT.

This opportunity is restricted to suppliers who qualify as a New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) Region Supplier.

The Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at the E.B. Campbell Hydro Station on Thursday, July 9th, 2020 @11:30 AM CST.

Please advise the Procurement contact, identified on the front cover page of this RFP no later than Tuesday, July 7th, 2020 to confirm attendance. SaskPower will be limiting the number of vendors touring the site to 10 or less. Due to the limit of 10, please send 2 (two) representatives of your firm for the site meeting.

Given the current COVID-19 pandemic, and the recommendation for Social Distancing, SaskPower is looking to limit the number of proponents touring the site at one time. All activity at the Site will be outdoors to maintain the required 2 meter distance between individuals to reduce risks. If there are more than 10 proponents in attendance, groups of no more than 10 individuals will be formed to tour the site in separate groups.
