Description

The Sault Area Hospital is seeking Quotations for the following:

Provide Quote for select Endpoint Hardware and support. Specifications and quantities are defined in Appendix E.
Procurement will be broken down into multiple orders over the next 12 months. Quantities listed are estimates based on deployment plans. These quantities may vary. Please indicate any minimum quantities based on discount provided.

The following are the deliverables (requirements). Quotations MUST be itemized. Summarized quotes will not be accepted.

Bill of Materials (BOM) listing the specified Endpoint Hardware in Appendix E.
4 Year Teradici Management Console support, software, and firmware subscription for all applicable hardware listed in Appendix E.
Dedicated Account Manager
Direct access to support site with access to all software updates, patches, and downloads.
Provide a minimum of 3 references of similar scope.
