Description

Ridley Terminals Inc. (RTI), a Federal Crown Corporation, owns and operates a world class marine bulk handling terminal located on Ridley Island in Prince Rupert, BC.
RTI is currently using the VAX RTIS system for their terminal operations and reporting needs, which was developed in-house in the 1980s based on the OpenVMS operating system. With diminishing system support and limited capabilities to meet the terminal's operational needs, RTI is evaluating alternative solutions to replace this legacy system. This implementation will also support the initiative to address current challenges experienced by staff, which may result in process changes to improve terminal throughput.
RTI invites intrested parties, having relevant experience working with bulk exporting terminals or terminal management systems, to submit a proposal for the Terminal Management System Replacement.
