The REALTORS Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) is issuing a Request For Proposal (RFP) to engage a Governance Consultant to update the process, documentation and to assist with the 2017 annual CEO and Board of Directors reviews. The process and documentation developed will be used in 2017 for these reviews, and is required to be created in a way that can also be used in future years. Provided for reference in the document is RAHB’s current CEO review process. Note that RAHB does not currently have a Board of Directors review process, so proposals should address putting in place that process. (Further details are included in the document included with this RFP).
