Advance Contract Award Notice (# 1638-18-003)

The Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion (“Public Health Ontario”) has a requirement for the supply of Legionella Urine Antigen Test Kits. The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal Public Health Ontario's intention to enter into a contract for these goods with Alere ULC, 1-57 Iber Road, Ottawa, ON, K2S 1E7. Before entering into a contract, however, Public Health Ontario would like to provide other vendors with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the requirements set out in this ACAN, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities before the closing date set out below.
