THIS REQUIREMENT IS OPEN TO THOSE PROSERVICES SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT HOLDERS WHO HAVE BEEN PRE-QUALIFIED UNDER THE FOLLOWING STREAM(S) / CATEGORY (IES):

Stream 6 – Cyber Protection Services / Category 6.7 – IT Security Design Specialist.

THE FOLLOWING SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT HOLDERS HAVE BEEN INVITED TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL:

1. MDOS Consulting Inc. 2. WNCS Incorporated

Please note: The IRB has decided not to extend the invitation for this bid solicitation to pre-qualified suppliers not listed in Attachment 1 to Part 1 “List of Suppliers Invited to Bid” of the bid solicitation because the IRB has deemed that by doing so would impede on the efficiency of the procurement process.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA).

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) has a requirement for one Senior IT Security Design Specialist to further develop existing IRB IT security capabilities and ensure that IRB has the processes and procedures in place to meet their business and operational mandates in an efficient, cost effective manner.

LEVEL OF SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: Common Professional Services Security Requirement Checklist (SRCL) # 19. PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT:

The proposed period of the contract shall be from May 11, 2020 to February 26, 2021.

ESTIMATED LEVEL OF EFFORT OF THE CONTRACT WILL BE FOR: 70 Days.
