RFP Scope: 

FCC currently manages one (1) national contract for all intrusion and fire monitoring, and all office security monitoring requirements for our offices across Canada. Note, some of these offices are located on multiple floors.

We are looking for a single national provider for these services or a network of regional providers to provide reliable and consistent alarm system monitoring and security alarm response services along with maintenance of equipment and the provision and installation of new equipment to all relevant FCC locations. Contract term to be three (3) years plus two (2) one-year extension options.

Vendor questions accepted until: April 29, 2020 at 2:00PM* 

RFP closing date and time: May 13, 2020 at 2:00 PM *

FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
