Description

The City of Grande Prairie is requesting submission for the Sidewalk Program - Phase 1 until 2:00:00 pm (local time) Wednesday, April 22, 2020.

Sidewalk upgrades at various locations within the City of Grande Prairie. Work includes, but not limited to, the following:
• Type 1, 2B, 3 and Type 4 CB or MH repairs; plus 5m extension of hydrant lead
• 1625 m² Asphalt Remove and Replace
• 3100 L.M. of Mono Curb, Gutter & Sidewalk Installation
• 240 m² of Separate Sidewalk installation
• 350 L.M. Mono Curb and gutter installation
• 120 m² Concrete Aprons Installation
• 3870 m² of Landscaping (Topsoil & Sod)
• 610 m² of Landscaping (Topsoil & Seed)

Each tender must be accompanied by an electronic bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender price. Also to ensure consideration of the tender, each tender must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety.
