The Town of Banff (“the Town”) welcomes proposals for professional consulting services for the analysis of the Town’s total compensation, benefits and compensation philosophy, with a report on results and/or recommendations to consider in advance of the 2021 external market review.
Carefully review this document as it provides a basic overview of the specific requests for services of a compensation consulting firm (“Firm”).
It should be noted that information provided in your response will be considered proprietary and will not be divulged during the review. Accept our assurance that the information provided will be used for evaluating the ability of your Firm to handle specific terms of the recruitment process and WILL NOT be shared with any persons not involved with the selection process.
Failure to satisfy any term or condition of this RFP may result in an unacceptable proposal.
