Description of Work: The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) requires operation & maintenance engineering service and, software development services for the Exploration Ground Infrastructure (EGI) Group of the Space Exploration Operations and Infrastructure (SEOI) department. The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to define the services required. OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER SERVICES OME work will involve a combination of systems engineering and software engineering tasks, as defined in the TA, to support RT operations, maintenance, development and implementation of the hardware and software systems. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES The software developer services includes communicating with EGI software tools Users in order to document and analyse any new requirements. It also includes the completion of an end-to-end development cycle to meet the requirements.
