19-1790 - Landscape Maintenance Services for City of Calgary

Pre Qualification:
This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories:C7000299 Landscape Maintenance

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations

Agreement term :
The City intends to enter into a maximum of two (2) Agreements for the provision of the Deliverables.

The Agreement will be for an initial Term up to Two (2) years.
The Agreement may be renewed, two (2) times for two (2) years each time.
The potential total term is up to six (6) years



Procurement Description :
The intent of this RFP is to provide contractual services for Landscape Maintenance such as;
 spring cleanup,
 turf maintenance (mow and trim and litter pick up ), and
 fall clean up
