The City of Coquitlam (the “City”) invites tenders for Contract 60245 – Rocklin St and Lower Burke Village Roads, generally consisting of the following, but not limited to: Construction of approximately 465 meters of an Collector Road (Rocklin Street) including Concrete Curb & Gutter, Concrete Sidewalk, Multi-use Pathway, Water Connections, Storm Service Connections, Sanitary Service Connections, Lawn basins, LID’s, Street Trees, Landscaping, Pavement Markings, Street & Pathway Lighting, Communication Ducts, BC Hydro/Telus/Shaw Underground Ducting & Clearing/Grubbing, Stripping and Earthworks for the Lower Burke Village Roads and other miscellaneous and incidental works
