Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of VITAL Event Document Security Printing.
Scope of Work
The scope of work contemplated in this RFP is as follows:

1. Production of the blank vital event Certificates as described in the Certificate stock specifications.
2. Development of new Certificate new designs.
3. Participating Jurisdictions have transitioned on varying schedules to a polymer substrate-based Birth Certificate format. The Successful Proponent will be required to provide both polymer- based and paper-based Certificates to Participating Jurisdictions until this transition is complete.
