Description

Kathyrn School HVAC Upgrades
1) Replace existing boiler with new
2) Replace htg circ pumps, exp tank, glycol fill system, etc. associated with the hot water heating system
3) Provide a new BAS to control the major mech equipment (boilers, pumps, ventilation units, etc.) and classroom heating
4) Rebuild the 2 existing indoor AHU’s with new htg coils, controls, belts, bearings, shafts, etc.
5) Add digital controls to the existing gym roof top unit
6) Repair mech room floor slab
7) Electrical upgrades
