Description

The WCB requires the Jarvis and Central buildings to be renovated to repair and/or install new balancing dampers, fire dampers and controls where indicated on the attached specifications and drawings. As well, an adjustment of the overall building performance and balance is required to obtain optimum performance of the entire HVAC systems.

The specifications and requirements for this project are referenced in this document and included with the attached specifications and drawings. It is anticipated that the Work will be completed by July 31, 2019.
