Description

Property management services for the property and four vacant buildings on site. Inspections of the grounds, exterior and interior of the site and buildings to mitigate or prevent vandalism, incursion and failure of building components. Maintenance and performance of minor tasks, cleaning and landscaping.

Site tour: Monday November 26, 2018 at 10:00 am at the property. Proponents are asked to meet in the south parking lot of the site.
