The Work comprises the general structural, building mechanical, and electrical works to upgrade the HVAC system within the Sedgewick Water Treatment Plant.

The Contractor shall have prior experience and proven ability in the installation and operation of this type of work. In addition, the equipment supplied shall have
satisfactory operational records in similar installations and consist of fully compatible components.
