Description

The work includes road, sidewalk and associated infrastructure upgrades at multiple locations on South Campus, consisting of the following:

"ZONE A" Improvements:
Saville Centre East Drop-off and LRT Connection: Removals, asphalt road and parking stall paving and line painting, new sidewalks, curb ramps and crosswalks, grading and landscaping.

Saville Centre East Entry Plaza: Removals, concrete plaza paving, curb ramps, crosswalks and landscaping.

Saville Centre West Entry: Removals, concrete island widening and curb ramps, crosswalks and line painting.

“ZONE B” Improvements: Asphalt road widening; add new sidewalk, pararamps and crosswalks, swale re-grading and fence relocation.

"ZONE C" Improvements: Landscaping improvements only.
