Description

Joussard Fire Hall Expansion
Joussard, AB

The Work of this Contract comprises the following:
1. Construct a wood frame addition to the existing Joussard Fire Hall for Big Lakes County, located in Joussard, Alberta.
2. Construct new concrete aprons, pads and sidewalks as per the drawings.
3. Provide electrical requirements tied into the existing panels, and new panel, as per drawings.
4. Provide natural gas requirements tied into the existing service.
5. Install site servicing including new sanitary, as per the drawings. Tie into existing services in the adjacent roadway.
6. Provide lot grading at the area of the new addition, including gravel and finished grades, as per the drawings.
