Addendum No 1 Posted May 11, 2018

The Work to be undertaken under the Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following:
•The supply and installation of concrete walks, concrete curbs, paving stones, custom structures, playground equipment, pedestrian bridges, Low Impact Development features, subdrain systems, site furniture, sod/seed, topsoil, plant material.
•Landscape maintenance
As a sustainability-driven project, there are aspects of the Contract that will be essential to reflect this in the landscaping. There are stockpiles of topsoil materials situated onsite that will be utilized in the bioswales, boulevards, and park area once brought to the appropriate specification. The contractor will be required to test, screen, and blend the stockpiles accordingly to achieve the desired specification, with any surplus material not incorporated onsite to remain for future landscaping activities.
Blatchford Stage 1 and Blatchford Furrows Park will be a unique opportunity for the successful bidder to be at the forefront of an innovative project that will shape Edmonton’s future in sustainable infrastructure.
Project Completion date is October 15, 2019
