Description

This project is for the construction of roadway, sanitary, storm, landscaping and electrical services in the Centennial area. The Centennial area is located west of
Sherwood Drive, opposite of Abbey Road. In 2017, this area was rough graded and water services were installed. The project generally consists of grading and excavation, cement stabilization subgrade preparations, gravel base course, asphalt concrete pavement, concrete work, storm system including storm water management facility, sanitary system, street lighting, electrical, landscaping, line
painting and signage.

The work consists of the supply of all labour, supervision, equipment and materials, except as may be specified herein, for the construction of works shown on the drawings and specified herein.
