Description

NorQuest College is inviting Vendors to submit Proposals for the provision of establishing a Research Ethics Board and its associated processes for NorQuest College as specified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). NorQuest College requires the establishment and operationalization of its institutional Research Ethics Board by 1 July 2018. The Research Ethics Board will review all research projects for the College, except projects involving medical research, clinical trials, or animal research. The Research Ethics Board must conform to federal standards and provincial legal requirements.
