Description

The University seeks to engage qualified individual/firm to recruit a Vice President, Finance and Administration. These Services may include, but not limited to, the provision of:
• Working closely with the University and VPFA Selection Committee to determine the qualifications, skills, leadership style and financial acumen of the Vice President, Finance and Administration
• Preparation of the career advertisement and related advertisement materials, conduct a National/Regional/Local search including targeted recruitment of passive candidates and structure of application process
• Screening of potential candidates against qualifications including credential verification
• Assistance with interview question preparation and other selection technique (i.e., case study)
• Conduct preliminary (prescreen) interviews of candidates
• Coordinate and attend all Selection Committee meetings and interview rounds
• Engage as a liaison between selected candidates and the University/Selection Committee
• Secure candidate approval and conduct candidate reference checks
