The work of this contact shall include but is not necessarily limited to the
following phased work:
.1 Installation of two temporary outdoor air handling units connected
to the existing Wet Wells duct system.
.2 Removal of Two (2) existing air handling unit from the existing
mezzanine mechanical room.
.3 Installation of two (2) new boilers and associated hydronic
equipment and piping into an existing empty room.
.4 Installation of three (3) new rooftop exhaust fans.
.5 Removal of one (1) existing exhaust fan located on a mezzanine
of screening room.
.6 Installation of new roof openings for mechanical and electrical.
.7 Capping or patching various existing roof openings.
.8 Installation of new ducting in the existing mezzanine(s) in the Dry
well and in the electrical room. This new configuration allow the
new air-handling units to separately supply the existing Wet Wells
duct system and Dry Wells duct system.
.9 Installation of the two new air-handling unit into the electrical room
mezzanine.
.10 Installation of the new air-handling unit into the existing mezzanine
in pump room.
.11 Installation of new ducting to connect to existing. Wet well and dry
well ducting must be separate from each other.
.12 Start-up of the new air handling units and hydronic systems..
.13 Disconnect of the two temporary air handling units from the Wet
Wells duct system and connection of the new Wet Wells air
handling unit to supply the Wet Wells duct system.
.14 Commissioning and balancing of the entire system.
