1. Summary

1.1 Services

Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the services of an architectural firm (the “Consultant”) together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the provision of service required for a program of work to deliver four projects of three new detachments and one detachment expansion and renovation.

1.2 Overview

1.2.1 Fort Saint James Overview

1.2.1.1 The services of a Consultant, are required to undertake the design and construction administration / review services needed to construct a new detachment in Fort Saint James, British Columbia.

1.2.2 Carcross Overview

1.2.2.1 The services of a Consultant, are required to undertake the design and construction administration / review services needed to construct a new modular detachment in Carcross, Yukon.

1.2.3 Faro Overview

1.2.3.1 The services of a Consultant, are required to undertake the design and construction administration / review services needed to construct a new modular detachment and garage in Faro, Yukon.

1.2.4 Ross River Overview

1.2.4.1 The services of a Consultant, are required to undertake the design and construction administration / review services needed to construct an expansion and renovation to the existing detachment in Ross River, Yukon.

3. General Information

3.1 Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.

3.2 This procurement contains mandatory and rated requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.

3.4 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

3.6 RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PSPC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
