To provide Inspection, Installation, Service and Repair (including all labour, tools, material, equipment, supervision and transportation to job site) for specific types of Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS) and related electric, electronic, and pneumatic control equipment (primarily for HVAC control) as listed herein by manufacturer.

All services will be provided on an "as and when requested" basis.

The Standing Offer will be for the use of the Department of National Defence (Base Construction Engineering Officer) at the following locations: Canadian Forces Base Esquimalt in Victoria, B.C., Winchelsea Island, and in Masset, B.C. Located in Haida Gwaii (formerly known as the Queen Charlotte Islands).

Up to two (2) Standing Offers may be issued for a one (1) year period from contract award (with option for a 2nd year).

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.

The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
