Trade Agreement: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Tendering Procedures: Only TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2, in all resource categories of a given Workstream and in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete. The TBIPS SA EN578-170432 is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation. The capitalized terms not defined in this bid solicitation have the meaning given to them in the TBIPS SA.

Nature of Requirements:

Requirement

This requirement is for the provision of IM/IT Engineering and Architecture services to DND. Work performed under this Contract will provide support for all IM/IT systems and services in the Classified and Designated Domains related to the cyber security of DIMEI 3.

It is intended for result in the award of a contract for a period of 3 year, plus 1-1-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
