IDRC requests proposals for the provision of an Organization to conduct a mapping of the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) Systems in 12 Selected countries, to build a knowledge base that contributes to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of efforts by Stakeholders to improve CRVS systems in Africa, where requirements are described in section

2 , the Statement of Work (“Services”).
