INVITATION TO SUBMIT AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
AS TO THE AVAILABILITY OF SPACE FOR LEASE
IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CHELSEA, QUEBEC, THE CITY OF GATINEAU, QUEBEC
AND IN THE CITY OF OTTAWA, ONTARIO
FILE NUMBER 5225-2-2016-2
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is asking interested parties to provide information for a potential lease of space that meets the following criteria:
Section A: Lease Components
Project 1:
a lease term of approximately fifteen (15) years commencing on or about
September 1 st , 2017, plus one (1) option to extend the lease for one (1) additional period of five (5) years;
approximately 2,437 usable square metres (um 2 ) of contiguous warehouse space,
731 um 2
of contiguous office space, 2,680 um 2
of contiguous vacant land, fifty-five (55) non-secure parking spaces and thirty-six (36) secure parking spaces;
the proposed space must be available approximately twelve (12) weeks prior to the above-noted lease commencement date so all space(s) may be prepared for occupancy;
the proposed space should satisfy or be capable of satisfying the following criteria:
1. the space requirement is to be met in a single location;
2. carport: able to accommodation three (3) large modified pickup trucks with boom and bucket (total height of truck is approximately 4.57 metres);
3. one (1) loading dock with grade access;
4. minimum clear ceiling height: 6.00metres;
the proposed space must be located in the Municipality of Chelsea, Quebec, City of Gatineau, Quebec or in the City of Ottawa, Ontario and within the following boundaries (the geographical boundaries include sites on either side of the roads):

Project 2:
a lease term of approximately fifteen (15) years commencing on or about
September 1 st , 2017, plus an option to extend the lease for one (1) additional period of five (5) years;
approximately 1,260 usable square metres (um 2 ) of contiguous warehouse space,
500 um 2
of contiguous vacant land, 104 um 2
of contiguous office space, three (3) parking spaces;
the proposed space must be available approximately twelve (12) weeks prior to the above-noted lease commencement date so all spaces may be prepared for occupancy;
the proposed space should satisfy or be capable of satisfying the following criteria:
1. the space requirement is to be met in a single location;
2. ground level loading dock with minimum opening of 3.66 meters (width) x 3.05 meters (height);
3. minimum clear ceiling height: 7.3meters.
the proposed space must be located in the city of Gatineau, Quebec or in the city of Ottawa, Ontario and within the following boundaries (the geographical boundaries include sites on either side of the roads):

Project 3
a lease term of approximately nine (9) years and three hundred and sixty (360) days, commencing on or about November 6, 2017.
approximately 2,046.6 usable square metres (um 2 ) of contiguous warehouse space, 222.1 um 2
of contiguous office space, 3,000 um 2
of contiguous vacant land and fifteen (15) parking spaces;
the proposed space must be available approximately twelve (12) weeks prior to the above-noted lease commencement date so all space(s) may be prepared for occupancy;
the proposed space should satisfy or be capable of satisfying the following criteria:
1. the space requirement is to be met in a single location;
2. 222.1 um 2
of office space that should be contiguous with the warehouse space;
3. 1,500 um 2
of ground floor warehouse space suitable for parking and inspecting vehicles, including 5 ton trucks;
4. two (2) loading docks: one dock at ground level with a minimum opening of 3.05 metres and 3.05 metres; and one self-leveling dock at 1.22 metres above ground and a minimum opening of 3.05 metres by 3.05 metres to allow for easy loading and offloading of vehicles, equipment and materials;
5. minimum clear ceiling height: 7.62metres;
6. 3,000 um 2
of vacant land appropriate for use as a parking compound or reasonably adaptable for use as a parking compound.
the proposed space must be located in the city of Ottawa, Ontario and within the following boundaries (the geographical boundaries include sites on either side of the roads):

on or before the lease commencement date, the proposed space will have to comply with all requirements contained in PSPC’s
Standards for Leased Accommodation , a copy of which may be obtained from the contact listed in Section F;
Note: PSPC may wish to visit or inspect the proposed space upon reasonable notice and a threat and
marché visant à établir un contrat de service portant sur la fourniture de la main-d'oeuvre, les matériaux, les outils, et l'équipement nécessaires au déblaiement et au déneigement des logements familiaux, BFC Gagetown, Oromocto (Nouveau-Brunswick).
La période du contrat est de la date d'attribution au 15 avril 2015, avec deux (2) périodes de renouvellement facultatives d'un (1) an chacune. Les travaux doivent tous être exécutés conformément à la spécification L-G2/1-9301/47 qui fait partie du dossier d'appel d'offres. Une visite optionnelle des lieux aura lieu le 25 de juillet 2014 à 10h00. Tous les soumissionnaires intéressés sont priés de se présenter dans la salle de conférence au Bureau des contrats, Édifice
B-18, BFC Gagetown, Oromocto (N.-B.).
Bien que la visite ne soit pas obligatoire, les entrepreneurs qui veulent faire une soumission sont encouragés à y prendre part afin de se familiariser avec tous les aspects des travaux.
AVIS IMPORTANT:
Prêter une attention particulière aux nouvelles mesures du Code de conduite et attestations contenues dans le document d'invitation. Le coût estimatif de ce marché se situe dans la catégorie suivante (fondé sur la valeur du marché en plus des deux années facultatives): 250 001 $ à 500 000 $ (TVH inclues). Le marché ne comprend pas d'exigence en matière de sécurité.

Les entreprises qui souhaitent présenter des offres pour ce projet devraient se procurer les documents d'appel d'offres auprès du Service électronique d'appel d'offres du gouvernement (SEAOG).
