Managed Web Based Application Solution

The MWBA Solution must include anything required to enable the Users to use all the features and functionality of the MWBA, meet this Statement of Work and provide the functionality as proposed by the Contractor in its bid response, including but not limited to providing any and all hosted software, access licenses, drivers, application programming interfaces, adapters, connectors, plug-ins.

1. Title: HR eRecruitment Solution for the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development.

2. Objective: The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development is looking to establish a web based eRecruitment process that will be efficient, streamlined, robust and cost efficient for the Europe, Middle-East and African (EMA) region, the United States region, the Asia Pacific region and the Americas consisting of 172 various geographic locations who will require access but who will be serviced through a number of Common Service Delivery Points (CDPS).

These Common Service Delivery Points will number anywhere from 7 to 12 and can be located in any one of the geographical locations stated above.

3. Background:

The contractor will provide a fully operational hosted and managed recruitment solution for the LES workforce of the department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada to advertise vacancies via the careers section of the one hundred and seventy-two (172) mission’s website (as an iFrame) or via a landing page managed by one of up to twelve service centres but accessible to all missions. The application process will be linked seamlessly with the one hundred and seventy-two missions (172) mission’s website and branded accordingly. A “vacancy to hire” applicant tracking system will be provided to map the recruitment process. The proposed system will cope with all categories of recruitment. The contractor will provide a simple to use, safe, secure, robust and cost effective solution.

4. Scope:
