Solicitation Number - 13-22032 (A) An Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) allows departments and agencies to post a notice, for no less than fifteen calendar days, indicating to the supplier community that it intends to award a good, service or construction contract to a pre identified contractor.

If no other supplier submits, on or before the closing date, a statement of capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, the competitive requirements of the government’s contracting policy have been met.

Following notification to suppliers not successful in demonstrating that their statement of capabilities meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, the contract may then be awarded using the Treasury Board’s electronic bidding authorities. If other potential suppliers submit statements of capabilities during the fifteen calendar day posting period, and meet the requirements set out in the ACAN, the department or agency must proceed to a full tendering process on either the government’s electronic tendering service or through traditional means, in order to award the contract.

Provisions in accordance with the Government Contracts Regulations - only one person or firm are capable of performing the contract.

The National Research Council wishes to award a contract to Convergent to present the effect of processing parameters and their influence on the quality of the lay-up using a simulation tool and experimental validation for the automated fiber placement of thermoplastic composite process.

Convergent has exclusive ownership of Background IP that will be essential to executing this project successfully within the timeframe and budget allocated to this project: COMPRO CCA plug-in architecture for ABAQUS and the RAVEN user/work-flow interface to perform the simulations. In addition Convergent is the only vendor that has access to third party IP that meets the quality standards of NRC’s industrial partner. La présente demande d’offre à commandes (DOC) concerne des services d’impression et de reprographie pour le Bureau régional des Prairies (BRP) du ministère de la Justice Canada, à Edmonton. On prévoit adjuger jusqu’à deux (2) offres à commandes subséquents à la présente demande d’offre à commandes (DOC), sur la base du droit de premier refus. La période visée va de la date d'attribution au 30 septembre 2017, et l’offre prévoit quatre (4) périodes de renouvellement facultatives d'un an.

Les locaux de l’offrant indiqué dans la PARTIE 3 — INSTRUCTIONS POUR LA PRÉPARATION DES OFFRES, Section IV : Renseignements supplémentaires, 1.1 Installations proposées par l’offrant nécessitant des mesures de sauvegarde doivent se trouver à proximité du bureau régional d’Edmonton du ministère de la Justice Canada, plus précisément dans le quadrilatère délimité comme suit :
