Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for Elections Canada.

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1, Stream 6 for Cyber Protection Services for the following category:

C.1 - Strategic IT Security Planning and Protection Consultant- Level 3 Secret clearance required

Description of the requirement:

The Electoral Integrity Project Coordination Office has a requirement for professional services in integrated IT and business risk analysis and strategic risk program design. The objective is to secure an expert in the field of IT risk management in order to apply methodology approved by the Treasury Board Secretariat and relevant to the electoral integrity field.

To do this EC requires the services of a Strategic IT Security Planning and Protection Consultant, Level 3, to assist in the development and implementation of practice scenario modelling and execution and in the operation of electoral integrity measures during the next General Election.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from award of contract (estimated at May 01, 2014) to April 30, 2016, with one (1) Option Year Period of one year.
