It is anticipated that one contract for each Workstream will be awarded to meet this requirement.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed perioet aux services, en comptant sur un service professionnel offert par des employés qui comprennent la culture militaire et en assurant une transition en douceur de la vie militaire à la vie civile. Le Ministère souhaite retenir les services d’experts externes pour s’assurer que le programme de transformation atteint ses objectifs voulant que la transition des vétérans se fasse aussi harmonieusement et profitablement que possible. L’examen vise à définir les nouvelles possibilités, les forces, les faiblesses, le chevauchement ou le manque d’efficacité et à formuler des mesures correctives pour améliorer les processus opérationnels.
Les travaux doivent débuter le 11 août 2014 et être achevés le 10 octobre 2014.
Pour être jugée recevable, une soumission doit satisfaire aux exigences de la demande de soumissions et à tous les critères d’évaluation obligatoires. Les soumissions recevables seront évaluées conformément aux critères techniques cotés. La soumission recevable ayant obtenu la plus haute cote totale sera considérée aux fins de l’attribution du contrat.
