Description

HVAC services at Correctional Service Canada, Bowden Institution and Annex in Innisfail, Alberta.

This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number EW038-151908/A dated 2015-06-01 with a closing of 2015-06-17 at 2:00 pm (MDT).

Work under this Standing Offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and material necessary to perform HVAC services at Correctional Service Canada, Bowden Institution and Annex in Innisfail, Alberta outlined in the Statement of Work and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein.

Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis.

It is anticipated that one (1) standing offer will be issued to the lowest compliant offeror.

The standing offer will be issued for a term of two (2) years from the date of Standing Offer issuance.

This procurement contains a MANDATORY requirement. See Part 4 of the RFSO for details.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Offerors must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as determined by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form and related documentation.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
