Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Coquitlam (“City”) of its intent to contract with Tungsten Automation for a twelve (12) months period commencing April 1, 2025 for the following service:

1) Kofax Markview and Process Intelligence – Maintenance & Support, total contract value of $60,558.00 excluding GST and PST

The City of Coquitlam has chosen not to call for vendor proposals for the following reasons:
1. The vendor has specific knowledge and demonstrated experience of the proprietary software;
2. Manufacturer’s warranty may be void if serviced by unapproved vendors;
3. The City is not looking to replace the software solution, but to purchase support and maintenance services for next twelve (12) months.
