Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.

For Electronic Tender submission method:

Contractors are required to submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via e-mail at andre@vdrnb.com and Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time. The original signed and sealed paper copy of the Tender Submission shall be mail or delivered in person to the following address:

A bid bond, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to Vall e-des-Rivi res must accompany each tender.

Tender opening method:

A public opening of tenders will take place at the municipal office of Saint-Leonard, Vall e-des-Rivi res (at the address above) immediately following the close of the tendering period.

No award will be made at the tender opening and the lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
