Description

HomeEd, the City of Edmonton Non-Profit Housing Corporation, has several planned medium-density residential development projects. As part of its 2024/2025 development program, HomeEd intends to design the Brightstar Apartment site, located at 10021 - 62 Street, Edmonton, for new apartment development. You are invited to submit a response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) with reference number HE-BA-24. Please reference this number in all communications with HomeEd regarding this RFP. This RFP is intended to select inviting prospective architectural consulting proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Prime Consulting Services at HomeEd’s re-development project
