The Work generally includes but is not limited to: clearing and grubbing; excavation and grading construction of roadways, concrete curb, concrete aprons; supply and installation of septic tanks and pump chamber (including connections to existing wastewater disposal fields); water system modification; stormwater management including culverts; services conduits; and landscaping.
