Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Facility-based Care Model for Special Populations with Complex Medical, Mental Health, Behavioural and/or Substance Use Needs in Nanaimo

Island Health is seeking a service provider(s) to provide the provision of a facility-based, longer-term care for the Special Populations in a suitable facility-based setting(s) for up to 30 residents in the Greater Nanaimo area.
Island Health strongly supports partnerships between facility and service providers in submitting joint proposals
