This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of itself to identify a Proponent to enter into a non-exclusive Contract between a Proponent and the Health Authorities, through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), for the supply of the Bacteriology Testing Services for Drinking and Recreational Water (“Services")
