Description

The Ministry is seeking a qualified Vendor to supply, deliver, install, and implement an end-to-end high security Commercial of the Shelf (COTS) Laboratory Information Management System (“Solution”), that communicate with all the business functional area seamlessly, along with any associated services, such as training, software licenses product upgrades, warranty and maintenance and technical support.
Scope of Work
The Vendor shall provide the Deliverables as further detailed in this RFB.
At minimum the Solution shall have business functionality that includes and not limited to: features (User authentication, tracking and downloading of submission etc), workflow functionality, item management labeling, item distribution and tracking, group testing, sample oriented screens, inbuilt template, analysis and graphics. Technical functionality of the Solution shall include features, incident management, security, audit trail and data integration, and collaborated workspace capabilities and have the ability of configuration and integration according to the Ministry in-house developed application.
